Job Title: Card Disputes Specialist
Position Location: Raleigh, NC. Hybrid position, must live locally.
Job Summary:
The Card Disputes Specialist serves as a subject matter resource for debit and credit card disputes, fraud investigations, and chargebacks. This role supports members and internal teams by researching transactional data, analyzing fraud trends, and ensuring timely and accurate dispute processing in compliance with Regulation E and applicable Visa rules and regulations.
