Team Leader
Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the car wash location, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You Will Do
- Supervise assigned group of employees.
- Greet and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line.
- May sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan.
- Open and close the store in the absence of store manager.
- Clean and maintain facilities and grounds.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior supervisor experience is required.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be reliable, hard working and a team player.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver’s license strongly preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods without rest.
- Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus but not required — training provided!
