We are looking for a motivated and experienced Car Wash Manager to lead our team, maintain operational excellence, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the car wash, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service quality
Manage, train, and schedule employees to maintain productivity and high morale
Monitor chemical usage, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Track performance metrics and report results to upper management
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
Previous management or supervisory experience (car wash or automotive industry preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic mechanical understanding of car wash equipment is a plus
Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
