What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills

BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) CANDIDATES STRONGLY PREFERRED— we serve a large Spanish-speaking customer base.

Self-motivated with a hunger to close deals

Ability to follow up consistently with leads

Teamwork is a MUST — we win together

Willingness to learn our sales process and CRM system

We will train the right person

Must be reliable, punctual, and professional

Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Smartphone and reliable transportation

Team-player mindset — this is non-negotiable

Comfortable working with DealerCenter (training provided)

Location: Newport Beach 

Compensation: Commission-Based — Your effort = your income

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends Required
