Capsule Back-Up Lead- 2nd shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Back-Up Lead Operator to support our production team in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The Back-Up Lead Operator will assist the Lead Operator in coordinating and overseeing activities on the production floor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions closely

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Operator in organizing and prioritizing production activities
• Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Support training of new team members on production processes
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
