Compensation:
Deal-based earnings + performance bonuses
(Typically $1,000–$10,000+ per closed transaction, depending on deal size and role)
Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality, research-informed investment opportunities, supported by analyst resources and institutional infrastructure across the private markets.
Our platform is built for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and real credibility—not job boards, not spreadsheets, and not unpaid sourcing.
Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Research Analysts to identify, research, and introduce investment opportunities through a capital-markets lens—connecting capital demand with allocator priorities.
This is not an employment role. Capital Research Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Analysts:
Identify and submit investment opportunities informed by capital research and market insight
Provide structured, allocator-relevant context on opportunities and capital dynamics
Introduce research-backed opportunities to aligned investors and fund managers
Earn transaction-based compensation for opportunities that close
Build a verified research-to-deal contribution record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals who understand how capital allocators think and can surface opportunities that fit real mandates.
Approved Capital Research Analysts may:
Research capital markets, allocator behavior, and private market themes
Identify investment opportunities aligned with active investor mandates
Provide high-level context on asset or business profile, structure, economics, and capital rationale
Introduce opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Support early-stage diligence handoff (Initio Sphere analysts handle underwriting and modeling)
Capital Research Analysts are not responsible for financial modeling, underwriting, or capital raising.
Based on approval, Capital Research Analysts may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate and real asset strategies
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured, thematic, or opportunistic investments
Opportunity categories are approved based on demonstrated research capability, capital awareness, and judgment.
Success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst contribution
No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality, research-driven opportunities
