The Capital Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with institutional and strategic investors. This role drives capital-raising initiatives, supports fundraising campaigns, and fosters long-term partnerships aligned with the firm’s private capital strategies.
The position requires collaboration with investment teams, origination specialists, and senior leadership to identify new opportunities, deepen client relationships, and optimize strategic partnership outcomes.
Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices
Drive capital-raising efforts and support fundraising initiatives for private capital strategies
Partner with investment, origination, and business development teams to identify market trends and growth opportunities
Prepare and deliver investor presentations, proposals, and partnership materials
Track capital commitments, partnership performance, and client engagement metrics
Support due diligence, onboarding, and reporting processes for strategic partners
Develop and maintain dashboards, CRM systems, and reporting tools to monitor partnership activities
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on private capital trends and partnership strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of private capital markets, institutional investors, and fundraising processes
Experience in business development, investor relations, or strategic partnership management (preferred but not required)
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to translate market and client insights into actionable strategies
