Role Overview: Capital Opportunity Strategist

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Opportunity Strategists to identify, shape, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Capital Opportunity Strategists operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Opportunity Strategists:

• Source and surface high-quality, off-market capital opportunities

• Frame opportunities for alignment with specific investor mandates

• Introduce opportunities to vetted capital allocators and sponsors

• Participate in live transactions through structured, platform-led introductions

• Earn transaction-based compensation when opportunities close

• Build a verified track record tied to opportunity quality and strategic fit

This role is ideal for professionals who consistently see opportunities early and understand how capital evaluates them.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Opportunity Strategists may:

• Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Provide high-level strategic context (asset, structure, size, use of capital, return profile)

• Position opportunities for appropriate investor types and strategies

• Coordinate initial introductions between opportunity principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts and execution teams

Capital Opportunity Strategists do not underwrite deals, build financial models, raise capital, or provide investment advice.
All analysis, diligence, and execution is handled by certified professionals on the platform.

Eligible Opportunity Types

Based on approval category, Capital Opportunity Strategists may work across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity opportunities

• Operating businesses, founder-led companies, and special situations

• Structured, opportunistic, or privately negotiated transactions

Opportunity categories are approved based on experience, judgment, and sourcing credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Compensation is success-based only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Paid only after successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by opportunity size, structure, and strategist involvement

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality, well-positioned opportunities

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified, well-positioned opportunities

There is no cold applying, no blind pitching, and no mass outreach.
All introductions are curated and platform-driven.
