The ideal candidate will have experience:
Representing companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, particularly within the technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors.
Advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and ongoing compliance matters.
Managing client relationships and handling day-to-day workflow for sophisticated clients with complex transactional needs.
Candidates should have prior experience in the capital markets practice of a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
