A $3B commercial real estate lender is looking to expand their Capital Markets team. The firm was founded in 2012 and is based on Long Island. They deliver tailored, efficient financing solutions while building long-term partnerships with our clients.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency across data
Prepare RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs
Full control of CRM database
Work closely with senior leadership to run capital markets efforts
Requirements:
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations or at an asset manager
Compensation
Expected first year base compensation of 100k
