Summary:
The Capital Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery and ongoing development of regulatory (BSCR) and credit rating agency (S&P, AM Best, Fitch) capital models. Working in close collaboration with the Capital Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Finance, and other cross-functional teams, this role contributes to the analysis, reporting, and interpretation of capital results used to support business decision-making across Clearbrook. We are looking for a candidate to work from our Omaha, NE office. Alternatively, we are open to filling this role in our Albany, NY, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL office as well.
The position plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate production of capital outputs, providing insights into solvency positions and capital trends, and supporting the broader capital management strategy at both Group and legal entity levels. Regular collaboration with stakeholders across actuarial, finance, ceded reinsurance, and risk functions is an integral component of the role.
This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours.

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
