Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role involves working with internal and external teams to ensure the accuracy of data inputs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and the ability to drive change management initiatives effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project/program management in Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations or a related role
- Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise setting
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Effectively planning and communicating timelines, milestones, and activities
- Developing mutually beneficial working relationships with end users (vendors, cross-functional teams, etc.) by utilizing professional interpersonal skills
- Understanding application development needs, setting expectations, and monitoring the efficiency of internal and/or external users
