Job Title: CapEx Investments Analyst

Location: Jefferson, GA or Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $35-$40/hr. DOE

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00AM - 5:00PM

We're partnering with a global automotive industry leader to identify a CapEx Investments Analyst who will play a key role in managing Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects, procurement initiatives, and operational investments across a national Parts Distribution Center (PDC) network.

This position is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of capital investments, including business case development, vendor selection, RFQ management, budgeting, forecasting, project execution, and financial tracking. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of financial analysis, procurement, supplier management, and project management experience within a manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or distribution environment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, analyze, and present Capital Expenditure (CapEx) proposals and business cases for facility, equipment, and operational investments.
  • Support annual capital planning, forecasting, and investment budgeting activities.
  • Manage RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, competitive bidding, and contract awards.
  • Review vendor quotations and analyze equipment, labor, and material costs to support investment decisions.
  • Track capital project budgets, expenditures, invoices, and project financial performance.
  • Coordinate facility improvements, equipment acquisitions, and network expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Partner with operations, finance, procurement, and leadership teams to support strategic investment initiatives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and help drive continuous improvement across the distribution network.
