As part of the PGT Holdings enterprise, PGT Services has a flatbed first mentality, specializing in open deck freight transportation while providing full logistics service across North America.As a Capacity Solutions Representative, you will contribute to our expansive network of trusted motor carriers, thoroughly vetting potential companies to ensure the safe and reliable movement of freight. This crucial role helps us scale our capacity to meet customer requirements and provide excellent transportation service.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new carrier relationships to expand our networkThoroughly research prospective carriers to ensure compliance with PGT and FMCSA safety guidelinesManage both inbound and outbound call volume to generate leads for load coverageSchedule freight dispatch with approved carriers and ensure on time pickup and deliveryQuickly address potential issues and identify solutions to ensure customer satisfactionRole RequirementsHS diploma or GED.
