Bachelors/Masters Degree in Supply Chain, or Engineering
Minimum 5 years' of relevant industry experience, semiconductor/electronics planning environment experience is preferred
Experience participating in large-scale change and transformation
Experience in Semiconductor Assembly / Test operations environment is plus
Supply chain, process improvement experience
Collaborate with Business Unit planning, marketing, and sales to understand the demand signal trends and define capacity supply solutions
Lead cross functional teams from MFG and Operations teams to manage supply constraints and ensure that those constraints are resolved in a timely manner
Collaboratively work with Industrial Engineering and Finance teams to identify and justify capacity investment opportunities
Continuously enhance the Capacity Planning process to ensure that analysis quality and supply constraints are mitigated effectively, and efficiently
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
Supply chain, process improvement experience Business acumen and strong problem-solving skills
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and modeling tools (SQL, R, Python, Tableau etc.) is preferred
Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes
Experience with collaboration with international teams including Asia and Europe is preferred
Collaborate with Business Unit planning, marketing, and sales to understand the demand signal trends and define capacity supply solutions
