• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of canvassers in the field
• Deliver ongoing training, feedback, and performance coaching
• Track daily activity and productivity, and set the bar for team goals
• Run team meetings, field observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Develop strategies that drive results and maximize team performance
• Keep the team aligned with company standards and best practices
