Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
- Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement or related Industry.
