You'll oversee recruiting and training, guide daily field activity, and develop neighborhood canvassing plans that help employees perform more effectively.

Responsibilities
? Recruit, interview, hire, and train door-to-door canvassers.
? Manage daily team activity and provide practical field supervision.
? Conduct coaching sessions and regular meetings to support employee development.
? Plan neighborhood canvassing strategies, territories, and routes.
? Track performance, review production, and help canvassers improve results.
