What You’ll Do
Retail - Customer Experience
Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
Educate customers on cannabis products and help guide their purchases
Handle questions and concerns with empathy and care
Maintain customer privacy and follow all compliance rules
What We’re Looking For
21+ years old (required by law)
High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
Previous experience in compliance, inventory, retail, or cannabis industry preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, Metrc, Excel, etc.)
Able to multitask in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Must pass a background check per state regulations
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours
Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 200 lbs
Bend, kneel, crouch as needed
