Campus Recycling Specialists

DoverStaffing is seeking temporary Campus Recycling Specialists to join our client's sustainability and environmental management team. This assignment will last approximately three months and has the potential to become full-time based on performance, attendance and client's vacant positions.

Working Hours: 6:55 AM 3:25 PM (Monday Friday) ~ Pay Rate: $16.00 hourly

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Service recycling stations through pickup and delivery of recyclable waste at designated sites inside and outside of campus.
• Process paper and cardboard pick-up and drop-off.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor recycling containers in clean and sanitary condition.
• Monitor all recycling and solid waste disposal sites.
• Pick-up and deliver recycling containers.
• Perform other duties as assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs.

Requirements:

• 1- 2 years' experience in recycling waste
• Submit an updated resume
• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift 25 - 30 lbs.
• Must have a valid and active driver's license
• Must be able to consistently report to work daily and achieve high attendance level.
• This is a 40-hour week assignment.
• This assignment may start as early as July 13, 2026 or sooner.
