THE ROLE
CTC's Talent Acquisition team is growing, and we're adding a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to execute our full calendar of campus-related events and own interview scheduling and logistics across multiple business lines.
You'll be the person who keeps CTC's relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations active year-round, and who runs the full mix of events - office visits, campus info sessions, and virtual events - that put CTC in front of the right students at the right time. Like everyone on our campus team, you'll be team-first: this role isn't limited to what's listed below, and we're looking for someone who jumps in wherever the team needs a hand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
University Relations & Partnerships
- Own and grow CTC's relationships with career centers and student organizations across our target campuses - you're the familiar, trusted face they hear from consistently, not just during peak season.
- Serve as CTC's primary point of contact for student organization partnerships and sponsorships, negotiating terms and maintaining the relationship year-round.
- Track relationship health and engagement across schools and flag opportunities or gaps to the Campus Recruiter and Campus Program Manager.
- Identify and help develop new partnership opportunities across target campuses - new student organizations, academic departments, or affinity groups where CTC doesn't yet have a presence.
Event Execution
- Coordinate and run CTC's campus events calendar - info sessions, coffee chats, trading competitions, office visits, and Super Day support - handling everything from planning logistics to day-of execution.
- Track and manage metrics for each event (attendance, pipeline generated, conversion) and run post-event lookbacks, sharing what worked and didn't work with the team to improve future events.
- Project-manage event logistics end-to-end: venue/vendor coordination, materials and swag, travel, and on-site staffing to make sure every event runs without a hitch.
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
- Own interview scheduling and logistics end-to-end for campus candidates across multiple business lines.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a consistent and professional experience that reflects CTC's brand.
- Partner with Campus Recruiter on pipeline management, requisition tracking, and reporting to keep searches moving efficiently and firm leadership apprised of search progress.
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree (all majors and concentrations welcome)
- 1+ years of experience in campus recruiting, recruiting coordination, or HR operations
- A team-first mentality
- A natural relationship-builder who builds credibility quickly with students, student organization leaders, and career centers
- Professional and proactive - someone who anticipates needs rather than waits to be directed
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient and comfortable tracking event and partnership metrics and using data to evaluate what worked and didn't work
- Experience with scheduling software tools (e.g. ModernLoop, Goodtime, Guide, etc.) is a plus
