    A Campus Recreation Ambassador is a frontline student leader who promotes fitness, wellness, and recreational programs across campus. They serve as the "face" of the department, connecting the student body with intramural sports, club sports, fitness classes, and other programming through outreach, tabling, and social media.

    Social Media Savvy: Strong familiarity with platforms like Instagram, X, Tik Tok and Facebook to engage the campus community.

    Job Duties

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Campus Outreach: Host information tables, lead facility tours, and represent the department at freshman orientations and campus-wide events.

    Marketing & Promotions: Assist with social media content creation, distribute marketing materials, and promote upcoming rec programs to the student body.

    Event Coordination: Help set up, facilitate, and break down recreational events, tournaments, and wellness fairs.

    Customer Service: Answer student questions regarding memberships, schedules, and program registration.

    Feedback Collection: Gather student input and suggestions to help improve recreation services and facilities.
