    Position Summary

    The Campus Project Manager serves as an owner’s representative to monitor and report on Contractor’s performance. This role focuses on oversight, compliance, and documentation—not execution of project work.


    Key Responsibilities

    Oversight & Compliance

    ·       Monitor Contractor performance against contract scope and deliverables

    ·       Ensure compliance with University standards and requirements

    ·       Identify risks/issues and escalate as needed

    Documentation & Reporting

    ·       Prepare daily activity reports

    ·       Maintain records of decisions, communications, and progress

    ·       Submit weekly executive status reports

    ·       Track KPIs, milestones, and risks

    Meetings & Coordination

    ·       Attend all project meetings

    ·       Document minutes and action items

    ·       Track follow-ups and completion

    Communication & Evaluation

    ·       Provide objective updates to University leadership

    ·       Assess Contractor effectiveness and recommend corrective actions


    Scope of Authority

    ·       No responsibility for executing project work

    ·       Responsible for oversight, documentation, and escalation only


    Qualifications

    ·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    ·       5–10 years in project oversight or construction administration

    ·       Strong knowledge of contracts and compliance

    ·       Excellent communication and documentation skills


    Preferred

    ·       Higher education project experience

    ·       Third-party PM oversight experience


    Work Environment

    ·       On-site at University

    ·       Regular meetings and coordination with stakeholders
