The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Campus Planner (Master Planner) with an active Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain master planning documents.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement activities.
- Analyze current and future space needs.
- Support workplace planning initiatives.
- Coordinate planning reviews and approvals.
- Develop project schedules and planning frameworks.
- Support strategic planning efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of planning experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AICP Certification.
- Federal campus planning experience.
