Campus Ministry Field Staff

Decision Point is seeking a passionate, spiritually mature leader to help reach the next generation through evangelism, student discipleship, leadership development, and church partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach and disciple student leaders

Equip students to share the gospel

Recruit and mobilize volunteers

Build partnerships with churches, pastors, and community leaders

Lead and grow ministry efforts across the area

Develop and encourage ministry leaders

Qualifications:

Passion for Jesus, evangelism, and reaching students

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams

Ministry leadership experience preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Compensation: $48,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week

Travel: Significant local travel with occasional national travel
