DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to maintenance work orders and tasks as directed by Campus Maintenance Director
Complete scheduled tasks in CMMS system
Operate automatic floor scrubber and complete other custodial tasks as needed
Perform routine maintenance duties and repairs to include but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry as skills allow
Prep and paint classrooms, offices, and other areas in the school
Set up and tear down furniture and bleachers for school and public events
Attend classes, seminars and online video training as needed to stay proficient in building operations and safety protocols
Perform other related duties as assigned
