    Description

    This is a Full Time position.
     
    Purpose: To take ownership over all aspect of Lakeside Kids at the Four Corners Campus. Provide leadership, vision, and direction to a campus Kids team. Helping create a secure, fun, and engaging environment for children to develop into new disciples and better disciples. To engage with and foster partnership with campus families. Provide curriculum and event assistance to the Lakeside Kids Department to support the mission of meeting kids and parents where they are and connecting them to the local church. 


    Essential Functions and Responsibilities 
    • Lead and build teams to execute all aspects of Lakeside Kids ministry for weekend experiences at the assigned campus and hold department meetings to empower volunteers to fulfill their unique roles. 
    • Recruit, develop and train high quality leaders for staff and Dream Team roles. 
    • Develop a healthy rapport and equip parents for discipleship through the Sunday experience. 
    • Oversee, organize, and represent Lakeside Kids comprehensive children’s ministry at a Lakeside Church Campus. 
    • Oversee implementation of Lakeside policies and systems at the assigned Campus. 
    • Develop integrated training processes and oversee onboarding of Lakeside team members. 
    • Work closely with Lakeside Lead Staff members, Campus Pastors, and the Central Kids Director to analyze effectiveness of programming and adjust as needed. 
    • Oversee all aspects of campus administration to include training records, purchase order processing, budget forecasting, purchasing, childcare requests, special events, necessary curriculum adjustments and all internal and external communication that represents the Lakeside Kids department. 
    • Help develop and maintain all Lakeside Kids security standards at the assigned Campus. 
    • Arrange and lead Unity nights for assigned campus Kids teams. 
    • Lead or attend a Lakeside group. 

     Other Duties and Responsibilities 
    • Collaborate with the Resource Kids team and assist with special event planning and execution. 
    • Collaborate with the Resource Kids team and assist in the curriculum development and distribution of Lakeside Kids Curriculum material. 
    • Lead a Lakeside Group campus specific group during Fall and Spring group semesters. 

    Experience and Skills Required 
    • Strong interpersonal skills working with Dream Team members, parents, and kids.
    • Ability to communicate the Gospel through various means to children of various ages.
    • Leadership background and experience serving with volunteers and kids.
    • Proficiency with Planning Center On-Line (PCO).
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
    • Proficiency working with task tracking or project management tools (Asana, Trello, Etc.)
