    Campus Experience Coordinators are student leaders who help with the logistics and behind-the-scenes planning of campus visits and events. Coordinators also assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising Welcome Ambassadors.

    Job Duties

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Serve as a member of senior staff in the coordinator of daily visits and Indiana State University preview days and open houses.
    • Assist with daily campus visits and preview day events
    • Manage, develop, and facilitate, Welcome Ambassador training, schedules, and development in collaboration with professional staff and graduate assistants.
    • Coordinate and supervise Welcome Ambassadors
    • Help supervise and maintain the John W. Moore Welcome Center
    • Assist at the front desk
    • Work with all New Student Programs student and professional staff
    • Serve as a positive role model to Welcome Ambassadors
    • Represent Indiana State University in a positive way
    • Maintain a positive attitude aned approach toward work, visitors, and colleagues.
    • Utilize Slate, Teams, jan dother programs during visits and events
    • Complete other tasks as assigned.
