Job Title: Campus Care Specialist- Full Time
Reports To: Campus Care Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Campus Care Team Member provide a variety of cleaning and support services to the church, maintaining building and grounds across both campuses. They are the front-line professionals who enhance the atmosphere of Brown Missionary Baptist Church, using every opportunity to provide a pleasant, positive and high-quality environment. 
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.
 
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in church buildings, offices, classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Ensure all restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and are kept clean throughout the day.
  • Assist with set-up and tear-down for special events
  • Perform service support for events including weekends and nights
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks, including collecting trash and boxes, replenishing supplies, disinfecting areas, assisting others workers, and responding to various requests
  • Report damaged and broken areas throughout both campuses
  • Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and ensure proper disposal.
  • Set up and break down rooms for church services, meetings, and special events, including arranging chairs, tables, and other necessary equipment.
