    What you will do

    As a Campaign & CRM Intern, your main mission is to help bring Joko's biggest commercial moments to life across push, email, and in-app channels, combining creativity, data, and technology to deliver personalized experiences that make every message and every deal feel meaningful. You will report to the Campaign & Merchandising Manager and partner daily with the Brand, B2B, and Product teams.

    • Plan and launch B2C campaigns: Coordinate and execute marketing communications (push, email, in-app) based on the campaign calendar and business priorities, working closely with the Brand and B2B teams.

    • Own a piece of our homepage merchandising: Help design and optimize in-app merchandising assets (XL Banner, Animated Banner, Merchant Slider) so the best deals reach the right users at the right time.

    • Contribute to our content factory: Work with the Brand team and AI tools to produce and scale high-quality, on-brand content across channels, from ideation to production.

    • Help drive our biggest commercial moments: Support flagship campaigns such as Black Friday/Black November and seasonal sales, from concept to execution across all touchpoints.

    • Analyze and optimize: Monitor communications and merchandising performance, run A/B tests, and turn data into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

    Who we're looking for

    • Education: Master's degree from a business or communication school, ideally with a marketing focus.

    • Experience: You're looking for a 6-month internship and have at least one prior experience in marketing or CRM.

    • Languages: Native-level French and proficient English, both written and spoken.

    • User-centric: You're always eager to understand users, how they think, what they value, and how they respond to communications.

    • Curious about data and automation: Analytical and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in how data and AI can make campaigns smarter.

    • Culture fit: Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn fast in a dynamic, fast-growing team.

    • Team player: You communicate clearly and collaborate easily with different teams.

    • Location: France (Paris) or Spain (Barcelona).

    Our hiring process

    • Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team.

    • Step 1 - Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you'd join, or colleagues from other teams).

    • Step 2 - Role-specific assessments

    • For non-engineering roles: A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).

    • For engineering roles: A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool).

    • Step 3 - Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder.

    • References: Up to 3 calls with former colleagues or managers.

    You may also be invited for coffee with team members to get a feel for our culture.
