Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-moving marketing and media organization, for a Campaign Coordinator to join their team remotely. This is a great entry point into the marketing world for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to help bring multi-channel campaigns to life from planning through performance reporting.
Day to day, you will be the glue that keeps campaigns moving, juggling content calendars, coordinating with creative and media teams, and making sure deadlines never slip. You will thrive in this role if you love checklists, get energized by a high volume of moving pieces, and want a front-row seat to how marketing campaigns are built and measured.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
- Build and maintain content calendars and scheduling timelines
- Schedule and publish campaign content across platforms and tools
- Track campaign performance metrics and compile regular reporting
- Assist in coordinating creative assets, copy, and approvals across teams
- Communicate campaign timelines and status updates to internal stakeholders
- Monitor campaign budgets and flag discrepancies to the campaign manager
- Support A/B testing and optimization efforts based on performance data
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and shared project trackers
- Assist with vendor and partner coordination as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Comfort working with content scheduling and project management tools
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising concepts
- Analytical mindset with willingness to learn campaign reporting and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented approach to deadlines and quality control
- Prior internship or coursework in marketing is a plus but not required
