Duration: 12+ months
NEST Training: Kellyville
Pay range: $30/hr. On W2 all inclusive
Description:
The CAM Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. * Attain excellence in learning and competency events. * Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment. * Mentor others as required. * Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. * Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Experience & Skills
•Preferred backgrounds:
o Farm & ranch work
o Outdoor labor roles
o Casing or well services experience (on-call environments especially valued)
•No formal oil & gas experience required, but can be helpful
Key Skills & Traits
•Reliability (good attendance, answering phone, availability)
•Adaptability (willingness and ability to learn different wells, customers, rigs, schedules)
•Consistency
•Sociable/outgoing personality (frequent interaction with different crews)
Education & Certification Requirements
•High School Diploma or GED required
Schedule
•21 days on / 7 days off rotation
•On-call 24/7 during on-rotation
o Calls may come at any time (midnight, early morning, etc.)
Work Environment
•Well sites and rigs
•Variable job types (long-duration operations vs short deliveries)
Training
•Client provides all equipment training
•NEST training (local if available) and MVT in Kellyville, OK
