Demonstrated experience supporting or training users in a talent acquisition or HR technology environment
Proven ability to deliver effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly guidance
Experience providing user support, troubleshooting system issues, and documenting solutions
Ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams, hiring managers, and technical staff
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two to four years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or HR system administration
Prior experience developing and delivering training programs or instructional materials
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., PageUp, Workday, Taleo, or similar platforms) preferred
Background in process improvement or user adoption initiatives a plus
Strong working knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance, and candidate management workflows
Ability to create clear and engaging training content, including guides, e-learning modules, and job aids
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess user issues and identify process improvements
Proficiency with HR technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and online training tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Learning Management Systems)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Commitment to fostering a positive user experience and driving successful system adoption
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
Training or instructional design certification (such as ATD, CPTD, or equivalent) desirable
System-specific certifications, if applicable (e.g., PageUp Super User or Administrator certification), are a plus
