JOB DESCRIPTION: Callcare Assembler Assemble cords, stations, and other products Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Receiving in of products; i.e. bagging, labeling, stocking
- Pull product for customer orders
- Hand soldering using leaded and leadfree processes
- Operate cord assembly equipment
- Maintains a clean work environment
- Reliable use of labor tracking software (Shop Floor Manager) to accurately capture time and quantity
- Performs other duties as assigned to achieve objectives
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree from tech school preferred
- Familiarity with or certification in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
- Ability to read and comprehend English written and verbal work instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Possesses attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent fine motor skills, dexterity, and vision – able to utilize microscope when required
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00-3:30
Reporting: Assembler reports to Callcare Production Supervisor.
