Call Transfer Agent

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking motivated Call Center Sales Agents to join a fast-growing insurance technology marketplace in Nevada. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a knack for communication and a drive for success. The role primarily involves engaging with warm leads and connecting them with licensed insurance agents. This position offers remote work currently, transitioning to in-office in Las Vegas, NV (near the airport) by 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads.
• Encourage customers to receive competitive insurance quotes.
• Engage interested customers and connect them with licensed insurance agents.

Compensation:

• Base pay of $17/hour with uncapped commission.
• Top performers can earn between $80K-$90K annually.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in sales or call center environments.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• High-speed internet is required for remote work.

Work Hours:

• Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts within a 7:00 AM-7:00 PM PST window.
