What your future day will look like:
  • Review and evaluate collection calls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and internal quality expectations.
  • Document findings, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate high-risk compliance concerns when necessary.
  • Coordinate call monitoring activities, audit deliverables, and supporting documentation to meet client and internal deadlines.
  • Prepare audit summaries, track remediation efforts, and validate corrective actions through follow-up reviews and testing.
  • Analyze reporting data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to strengthen quality and compliance performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, servicing partners, and third-party vendors to support audit initiatives and operational improvements.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify compliance concerns, procedural deviations, and quality issues accurately
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate information objectively against established standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional documentation and reporting abilities
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn audit and reporting systems quickly
  • Self-motivated, organized professional with strong follow-through and a commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
