Call Center Specialist – Dental Implant Sales

We’re hiring a Call Center Specialist who wants competitive hourly pay, performance-based earning potential, and a consistent weekday schedule while helping patients take the first step toward life-changing dental treatment.
You’ll step into an in-person, sales-focused role with a growing dental implant center specializing in full-arch implant-supported dentures. You’ll connect with prospective patients, convert incoming inquiries into scheduled consultations, and work alongside a supportive sales and marketing team to drive growth and improve the patient experience.

• You have strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Experience in dental, medical, aesthetics, or elective-services sales is a plus
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay: $23–$25, based on experience
• Annual equivalent: $47,840–$52,000 based on a 40-hour workweek
