We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
Provide product, service, and account information to customers
Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience working with CRM or customer management systems preferred
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Experience
Customer service within manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, retail, financial services, or professional services environments
Experience handling high-volume calls, emails, and customer interactions
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
