Call Center Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be trained to help customers with their Medicare questions or needs by providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. We are looking for motivated salespeople who are interested in learning the Medicare, Life, Health, and Supplemental Insurance Industry.

Senior Health Solutions is expanding our sales force.  We are looking for motivated salespeople who are interested in learning the Medicare, Life, Health, and Supplemental Insurance Industry.  We offer paid training and help getting your insurance license.

This position will begin in January of 2027 and is not remote.

Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be trained to help customers with their Medicare questions or needs by providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.  We offer an extensive paid training program, with good benefits, and the opportunity to set your own financial goals.

Job Requirements

1. Active listening skills
2. The ability to multitask
3. Good computer and keyboarding skills
4. Ability to learn new software quickly
5. Previous Sales experience a plus (not required)
6. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus (not required)

Benefits

1. $75,000-$100,000 (potential 1^st year income)
2. Uncapped income (commission-based)
3. Pay is weekly and bonuses monthly (based on prior month’s sales)

6. Paid training once license is acquired.
7. Company pays for your license testing along with practice tests
