OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring Sales Representatives to join our energetic call center team in Henderson, NV.

What We Offer
- $12/hour base pay + Uncapped commission
- Full-time position
- Weekly pay + paid training
- Monday–Friday schedule (approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to residential customers
- Present competitive energy solutions
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Recommend products and services that fit each customer's situation
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and company systems
This position is in-office, with the opportunity to work-from-home once training is complete and established performance and attendance expectations are consistently met. Work-from-home arrangements are subject to management approval.
What We're Looking For
- Sales, customer service, call center, or cold-calling experience is a plus—but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone presence
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
