Call Center / Sales Representative

Pay:$22.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift (9:00AM TO 6:00PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Call Center / Sales Representative to join our team! This is a hybrid position, with training and onboarding beginning in the office before transitioning to a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide excellent customer service
• Follow established scripts and call cadence
• Multi-task while managing multiple customer interactions and systems
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Meet performance and sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation

Requirements

• 1 3 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Comfortable following scripts and established processes
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual candidates are welcome!
