Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Between 6AM-6 PM or 10AM-10PM, including weekends
- Energetic & positive personality
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Excels in multi-tasking & organization

- Answering incoming calls, text messages, and emails in professional manner
- Scheduling appointments

- High school or equivalent
- Answering service: 1 year
- Excellent Customer Service
- Position is answering calls and helping customers over the phone to set appointments.
- Excellent and writing skills fluent in English (Extra pay for bilingual)
- Good computer skills
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Performance Bonuses available
- 1 year call center or similiar experience required
