Call Center Representative

Pay: $18.75 - $20.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Make outbound calls for follow-up, scheduling, customer service, and account updates
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Process orders, requests, and account changes
• Provide product, service, and policy information to customers
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer service metrics
• Follow established procedures and maintain compliance standards
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of call center, customer service, or high-volume phone experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
