Call Center Representative

Pay: $17–$19 per hour + commission
Location: On-site | Full-time and part-time openings

Sparta Networking is looking for friendly, dependable people to assist customers with vacation packages over the phone. You'll answer incoming calls, explain available options, and help customers complete their bookings.

This position combines customer support with vacation package sales. You should feel comfortable recommending a package, discussing upgrades when appropriate, and asking customers to move forward with a reservation. Previous travel experience isn't required.

Available hours

Let us know which schedule works for you:

• Monday–Friday: 9 AM–4 PM
• Monday–Friday: 3 PM–10 PM
• Saturday–Tuesday: 9 AM–6 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM–6 PM — part-time

Help customers through the booking process

Some callers will have questions about pricing, promotions, or travel dates. Others will be ready to book or need help changing an existing reservation. You'll listen to their needs, explain the details, and guide them through the next steps.

Your work will include completing reservations, updating customer accounts, recording conversations, and checking that booking information is accurate. Throughout each call, you'll balance helpful service with opportunities to complete a sale.

We provide paid training on the packages, systems, and booking process. Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, reservations, hotels, or a call center can be helpful.

We're looking for people who:

• Communicate clearly and enjoy speaking with customers.
• Feel comfortable recommending options and asking for a booking.
• Can use a computer while keeping customer details organized.
• Show up reliably and maintain a consistent schedule.
• Are willing to learn and put coaching into practice.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

What comes with the role

You'll earn $17–$19 per hour plus commission opportunities, with weekly pay, paid training, and ongoing team support. Opportunities for advancement are also available.
