Key Responsibilities

• Provide deliciously clear and helpful service and product information to customers.
• Resolve service and product problems with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Ensure a pleasant and positive user experience for every caller.
• Record and update customer account information accurately.

• Clarify and address customer complaints, determining causes and providing adequate solutions.
