    Job Description

    The Call Center Representative serves as a frontline point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound interactions to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. They follow established procedures and schedules to deliver timely, professional support across phone, chat, or email channels. Through effective communication and problem solving, they help ensure a positive and reliable customer experience.

    What You'll Do

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products or services
    • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Follow established procedures, scripts, and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance
    • Document interactions, issues, and resolutions within internal systems
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams as needed
    • Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns
    • Adhere to assigned schedules to ensure proper coverage and service levels

    Experience and Education Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of interactions
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems
    • Ability to follow processes and work in a structured environment
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

    Type

    • Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt (overtime eligible)

    Location

    • Mason-OH
    • We have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.
