Call Center Representative (CSR)

Pay Range: $17 - $18/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Utilize Citrix and other tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Participate in a comprehensive 5–7 week training program, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:45 PM EST.
• Maintain flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
• Achieve a minimum score of 80% on the CSR assessment to qualify for the role.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1+ year of call center experience.
• Ability to pass the CSR assessment with a score of at least 80%.
• Availability for the entire training period with no scheduled time off.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with Citrix or similar customer service tools.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
• Note- Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Houston, TX; Columbus, OH; or Tampa, FL
