Job Title: Call Center Representative (Onsite, Bilingual)
Department: CORPORATE PAYROLL OPERATION
Location: Bronx NY, 10461
Duration: 2 Months contract (Possibilities of extension)
Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM M-F
1 yr of Call Center AND PAYROLL Timekeeping experience in call center environment required
Experience in a Hospital setting
Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Responsibilities:
-Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Other assignment as necessary.
-Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
-Two (2) years of experience and Bilingual (Spanish or any).
-Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting clearly and professionally with customers.
-Active listening providing full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs.
-Effective problem-solving to analyze a situation, identify core issue and find effective solution.
Education:
Required Education: -High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
