Position: Part-Time Call Center Representative
Location: In-office – Oakland, CA (near Alameda, CA)
Schedule:The schedule for this position includes day shifts as well as weekends and weekday evenings, with hours extending until 9:00 PM.
What You’ll Do:- Handle a high volume of both outbound and inbound calls
- Follow up with homeowners regarding remodeling inquiries
- Schedule consultations and support our sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our system
- Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements:- Previous call center experience (required)
- Strong, clear, confident phone presence
- Excellent listening skills
- Energetic personality with a friendly voice and positive attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently at times
- Patience and empathy
- A personality where your smile can be heard through the phone
- Reliable and punctual
- Reliable method of transportation is a must
