Description

We are seeking an experienced Call Center/Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to customers and sales representatives in a fast-paced call center environment. This role will handle a high volume of calls, emails, and customer cases, resolve inquiries and issues, process requests, and maintain accurate customer information across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and multitasker with excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of customer support/customer service experience

Ability to handle approximately 25 calls and 50 emails/cases daily

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics/CRM, and data-entry systems preferred

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

Positive, professional, customer-focused approach

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

This is a long term contract role. Company will consider hybrid once trained.
